Thanks for participating in the NY thrill seekers and JDRF Scavenger Hunt event

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to thank everyone who participated in the NY thrill seekers and JDRF Scavenger Hunt event. We had an incredible turnaround this weekend with thousands of pictures for this event; we even got participants from other cities and states. The winner will be release on this Thursday or Friday; all content has to be reviewed and approved before declaring a winner.

I hope some of you can join us in our after party for this event at the end of April.
So now back to business again, we are currently preparing for our next 2 big events in which are: “The Ride, The Challenge, to Help the Disabled Children Relief Fund” on may 25th weekend, and “Raise the ROOF for American Cancer Society”, on June 22nd, and we need your support. We are looking for volunteers to help us promote, and organize some of our events. If you interested, please send us your resume or your background history at careers@nythrillseekers.com, it is fun, break away from the ordinary, help others, and you’ll get to see places and do things you never thought you would. But once again this is volunteer work.

We are always looking for new ideas, and sponsors to help us promote our events.
As you know NY Thrill Seekers direct, organize and promote our own Thrill seeking events to bring people together with common interest, and to promote awareness as well as raise funds for charitable organizations, such as American Heart Association, the JDRF (Juvenile research foundation), Breath Cancer .org, The Children’s miracle network, The American Cancer Society, American Red Cross as well as local nonprofit networks. Thanks to your help and support we are one of the fastest growing activity social organization in NY and the USA.

NY THRILL SEEKERS SCAVENGER HUNT $1000 PRIZE List C

You must collect ONLY 12 items from this list, for rules and details go to nythrillseekers.com or facebook.com/nythrillseekers

  1. Local rock climbing center with you climbing while displaying the banner.
  2. Swim suit walk, with nythrillsekers.com written on the butt or on the back, Walk 5 blocks in Manhattan. 7 blocks other borrows. Extra points for walking the Brooklyn Bridge.
  3. Bake letter cookies that spells nythrillseekers.com Extra points have it eaten by your coworkers.
  4. 5 people in the middle of the sports arena with banners. Extra points if get enough to write nythrillseekers.com in letters on their chest.
  5. Get a group of strangers to walk with banners spelling nythrillseekers.com in central park. While yodeling a song. Must be video
  6. Tooth tied to the back of car with driver holding banner while having an evil smile. Extra points tied to the taxi cab.
  7. Sweating guy or girl in the park hugging you as you displays the banner.
  8. 2 people walking a skeleton with banner. Extra points if somewhere public.
  9. Pic of you in the for the body museum exhibition holding banner.
  10. Pic in the MOMA (museum of modern arts) or Met, or local gallery next to a famous painting holding the sign.
  11. Get piggy-back ride from tourist on a crowded street while holding the sign. Must be video.
  12. Spell NY Thrill Seekers any location in the city, on the bridge any city park with human bodies (alive of course, lol).
  13. Take a picture of a cool car. With banner with NY Thrill Seekers spelled on the hood.
  14. Hug a stop sign on a busy street (with banner or t-shirt with NY Thrill seekers written hanging off the sign)
  15. Pretend to drive an invisible car (with 4 passengers on the street while the light is red, passengers have to make horrified look as if you about to get into collision) must be video.
  16. Build a human pyramid any crowed city park.
  17. Have a stranger or tourist do jumping jacks with you, while holding NY Thrill Seekers sign.
  18. Go to Wal-Mart or any crowed supermarket and have 2 people stand on their hands while person in middle holds NY Thrill Seekers sign, t-shirt.
  19. Get 5 employees from Wal-Mart, or supermarket like that sign your belly, chest or any other area of your body with NY Thrill Seekers written on you. (Take pic of each employee signing and then pic of all signatures.
  20. Get 20 signatures from stranger for a petition, you make up the purpose of petition, take picture of all people signing the petition while wearing ny thrill seekers shirt, banner or sign. Petition must be funny and related to NY thrill seekers, be creative.
  21. Run with 5-10 of your friends through Time square in shorts and cape with NY Thrill Seekers written on body of each person.

NY THRILL SEEKERS SCAVENGER HUNT, $1000 PRIZE, List B

  1. Pic of you and town mayor or political figure, holding the banner or t-shirt on.
  2. Picture of you and bus driver in public bus with banner. Extra points if he holds the banner with passengers too.
  3. Picture of subway train driver and you with banner. Extra points if they hold the banner with passengers.
  4. 10 people in library and you holding the banner. Extra points if you get the curator to hold the banner, while making the “shhhhh” sign. (Index finger over mouth).
  5. Pic of any actor, public figure holding the banner NYThrillSeekers.com sign, banner or t shirt you made.
  6. You stand with no shirt in front of the financial district bull as the banner on his horns. (Ladies bathing suit top)
  7. Pict of you sitting on top of financial district bull with banner overhead. (downtown NYC) Extra point if you get tourist or cop to hold Red cloth in front of the financial district bull. DON’T FALL! lol
  8. You in front of any historical monument with the banner. Extra points if you have 3 strangers with you holding the sign.
  9. You with banner in front of a police station. Extra points if 2 police officers hold banner. Lol
  10. 3 people or a team dressed up as Buddha monks with banners in time square holding banner, while chanting. (I love this one lol)
  11. You with banner in front of a fire truck and fire men (people) next to you. Extra point if you are the fire truck with fire men holding the banner.
  12. Wetting someone’s garden as owner holds banner.
  13. Stand up in middle of crowded, fancy restaurant displaying banner do a 360 slow and sit right back. Must be video
  14. Displaying banner over your head while waiting on line for a popular movie, night time would be best. Extra point if you get people on line to hold sign for you.
  15. Go to busy intersection and start, Crowning stranger’s queen or king of the day while they are holding sign. Video would be best, pic will be fine.
  16. Displaying banner as you get your haircut, nails done. Extra point if you get staff to hold sign while you are sitting on the chair.
  17. Have any military personal hold the banner. Extra points if they wear the t-shirt
  18. Team caring a person to a sacrificial alters and banner displayed. DO NOT SACRIFICE ANYONE!!! lol
  19. Dance party of 3 or more on a red light with banner, extra points if stranger holds the banner.
  20. Do a Chinese fire drill on a busy intersection showing sign or banner, (must have nythrillseekers.com written on back window)it must be video
  21. Garbage guys holding the banner from one stop to another. Video
  22. Join the Occupy Wall Street rally, while holding a sign for nythrillseekers.com extra point if you have a group of them holds the sign with you.

NY Thrill Seeker & JDRF, Scavenger Hunt, $1000 – STARTS TODAY!!!

Hi everyone, so as you know JDRF & NY thrill Seekers big Scavenger hunt, is here with a $1000 prize!. There is no registration or feed to join this adventure. This event will last 3 days starting Friday April 13th 2012, until Sunday, April 15th 2012, midnight.

List One is below.
Da Rules
The rules are fun, simple and easy.

  1. We will release the first list of items and tasks that you need to find or do, on Friday April 13th 2012, you must collect 12 items from this list.
  2. We will release a second list of items and tasks that you need to find or do, on Saturday April 14th 2012, you must collect 12 items from this list.
  3. And we will release a final list of items and tasks that you need to find or do, on Sunday April 15th 2012, you must collect 12 items from this list.
  4. You have 3 days to take this challenge and find all items and do the tasks from each list.
  5. You could join this challenge any time during the 3 days and still win $$$.
  6. You must snap pictures or videos of the item from the task lists, these pictures and video MUST display a sign, banners or t-shirt with Nythrillseekers.com written on it, so we know is current and real. The word “Nythrillseekers.com” must be clear, readable and big.
  7. Send all pictures to scavenge@optimum.net or post them on http://facebook.com/nythrillseekers page.
  8. All video must be posted on our http://facebook.com/nythrillseekers page; they could be from your page to ours or YouTube.com share to ours. (This will give us time stamp.)
  9. You must submit all items by Sunday, April 15th 2012, midnight. No entries after midnight will be accepted.
  10. The first one to send or post all 36 items will win $1000 prize.
  11. There is no registration, no feed!!!  Just down load the list, and start collecting the items.
  12. Second place and third place prizes will also be given out!!
  13. Winner will be announced Friday April 20th 2012. Via phone and email, facebook.com/nyhtrillseekers page.
  14. Prize will be awarded Friday April 27th 2012 at the NY Thrill Seekers, Scavenger Hunt after party.
  15. We will post the winner on our facebook.com/nyhtrillseekers page, and nythrillseeker.com site.
